3. Your content

You retain ownership of the pet profiles, documents, photos and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, display and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share with. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you add.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates any law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not misuse invitations or share access with people without permission.

5. Not veterinary advice

TailTrack is an organizational tool and does not provide veterinary, medical or professional advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health. Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed to be delivered.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
